Geographic Extent:
All of the Waikato Region.
Positional accuracy is mostly to scales of 1:50000 but some locations have been ‘fixed’ using techniques of greater accuracy. The LOCATED Application holds metadata about the positional accuracy of bore and well locations.
This data goes through on-going collection. Layer updated in real time. This dataset is considered incomplete
Data Quality:
Geographical location map references are accurate to 50 m (1:50000 scale) unless otherwise indicated by the LOCATED Application.
Data form of this data is in GIS Maps, LOCATED Application Reports. Digital format is in Oracle Database -LOCATED Application and GIS Layer stored in Oracle. |
