Abstract: Property layers are created with data from Pathway and PRIMARY_PARCELS_WRC showing a visual representation of the Rating Units within the Waikato Region.
Statement: Property boundaries are created via a parcel to VG number relationship created in Parcel Matcher. Where there is more than one parcel associated to the VG number then an aggregation of the parcels is done to create an overall boundary. This data should be used with caution to ensure it is fit for purpose. It is created from District Valuation Roll data supplied by the territorial authorities in the Waikato Region through Pathway. Accuracy can be variable so the data must be fully understood before using any attribute in these layers. Updates are done approximately fortnightly to the Pathway data and monthly to the parcels data. Time lags will occur when subdivisions are actioned so holes in the data are expected.

Accuracy can be variable so the data must be fully understood before using any attribute in these layers. Updates are done approximately fortnightly to the Pathway data and monthly to the parcels data. Time lags will occur when subdivisions are actioned so holes in the data are expected.
