Kiwifruit Vine Health Inc supplied a spread sheet of Kiwifruit Orchards in the Waikato Region.
The Kiwifruit Orchards were then matched by address and owner name to the WRC property layer. The relevant were then properties output into the new feature class (Kiwifruit_Orchards).
The data quality is as per the WRC property layer. The property match was checked against the WRAPS aerials to make sure an orchard did exist on the property. Only those orchards supplied by KVH are shown.
The initial Kiwifruit Orchards were extracted from the property layer in January 2012. The latest update was in November 2012.
