MBES survey & MBES Striping of the Raglan Harbour and Raglan Bar the vessel Discovery II. Tide gauge data recorded at Raglan Wharf and accessed via Waikato Regional Council. Co-tide factor applied for Manu Bay for reduction of Bar area outside harbour. Horizontal accuracy is recorded as 0.5m and vertical accuracy at 0.25m @ 95% CI.
This dataset comprises a series of three raw XYZ POINT feature classes differentiated by point spacings of 1m, 4m and 8m, and three INTERPOLATED feature classes for Z-depth values at the same distance spacings. These XYZ files were provided by Supplier in .txt file format and can be converted to ascii xyz.
The data was converted to shapefiles for ease of use and supply purposes. The data is provided in terms of both NZTM and MTEDEN2000 XY coordinate systems, with Z-values in terms of Moturiki Vertical Datum 1953 (MVD53).
The point feature class data can be used to generate raster data as required.
