Locations of Maraes held in the WRC IRIS database. |

It is a view of data held within the Contacts module of the Integrated Regional Information System (IRIS) database and consists of those organisations which have been identified as Marae. This data could be from any where in New Zealand but most data will be from the Waikato Region.
IRIS comprises a set of regional council-specific business modules covering the business areas of Consents, Compliance Monitoring, Environmental Monitoring, Biosecurity, Biodiversity, Land Management, Contacts, Request for Service and Environmental Results. Each of these processes are underpinned by core information on citizens/ratepayers/customers, property and land/geography.
This data is for use within the Waikato Regional Council, the contacts data will be used to display contact locations from GIS. This may be accessed from Geomedia or the Smartmaps applications (where appropriate). |
